Fees come from imported settlements where available, otherwise the ERP's fee estimates. "Settled" = share of orders with real settlement figures.

Where the numbers come from
Everything is read from the IBI ERP — it never asks for the same data twice. To change a number, change it in the ERP and press Sync there:
- Cost price (wholesale + packaging + carton + spoilage) → ERP → Products
- Real marketplace fees → ERP → Settlements (import the settlement files)
- Ad spend → ERP → Profitability → 📣 Ad Spend
- Salary, rent and other costs → ERP → Expenses
- Orders → Package Tracker → ERP import
Backup & restore
The backup holds this app's own data — the target, the rules and the decision log. (The ERP keeps its own backup.)
